1. Policy Overview

Lenox International Holdings Group (LIHG) is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund and Return Policy ("Policy") outlines our refund eligibility, timelines, and procedures across all service categories. Refund eligibility varies based on product type, service delivery status, and terms of the original purchase agreement.

LIHG processes refund requests in a timely manner and in compliance with applicable laws. This Policy is subject to the Terms of Service and any specific service agreements signed by the customer.

2. Digital Products and Subscriptions

2.1 Digital Downloads (Non-Subscription)

Refund Eligibility: Non-refundable after download or access.

Digital products (templates, guides, forms, eBooks, courses, recordings) are intangible goods that cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded. Once you download or gain access to digital content, the transaction is final and non-refundable. This includes all resources provided through LIHG digital platforms.

Exception: If a digital product is defective, corrupted, or does not match the advertised description, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of purchase.

2.2 Subscription Services

Refund Eligibility: Refundable for unused portions; cancellation available at any time.

Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are calculated as follows:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Cancel within 7 days of initial purchase for full refund. After 7 days, refunds are provided for unused months only (prorated monthly rate).
  • Annual Subscriptions: Cancel within 14 days of initial purchase for full refund. After 14 days, refunds are not available; however, you may cancel to prevent future charges.
  • Pro-Rata Refunds: If you cancel mid-subscription, refund amounts are calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription period.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No additional charges will be assessed after cancellation.

3. Training Programs and Coaching Services

3.1 Live Training and Webinars

Refund Eligibility: Refundable if cancelled before event; non-refundable after attendance.

  • Cancellation Before Event: Cancel at least 7 days prior to event start time for full refund.
  • Cancellation 3–7 Days Prior: 75% refund minus administrative fees.
  • Cancellation Less Than 3 Days Prior: 50% refund of registration fee.
  • No-Show or Post-Attendance Cancellation: Non-refundable; access to recorded content may be provided if available.

3.2 Coaching and Mentoring Programs

Refund Eligibility: Subject to completion status and service satisfaction.

  • Pre-Service Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled before first coaching session.
  • During-Service Refund Requests: Refunds are available on a pro-rata basis based on completed vs. remaining sessions. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service delivery.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with coaching services within 30 days of completion, LIHG may offer a partial refund or service credits at our discretion.
  • Missed Sessions: Missed sessions are non-refundable unless rescheduled within 14 days of original appointment.

3.3 Multi-Session Programs

For comprehensive training programs spanning multiple sessions or weeks:

  • Early Withdrawal: Cancellation before 50% program completion results in refund of remaining session fees (minus administrative costs).
  • Late Withdrawal: Cancellation after 50% program completion is non-refundable; completion certificate or partial credit may be offered.

4. Consulting and Advisory Services

4.1 Initial Consultation

Refund Eligibility: Refundable if cancelled before service delivery; non-refundable if service completed.

  • Cancel before first consultation: Full refund.
  • Cancel within 24 hours of scheduled consultation: 75% refund.
  • Completed consultation: Non-refundable unless services were not rendered.

4.2 Ongoing Consulting Engagements

Refund Eligibility: Pro-rata refund based on completion of deliverables and services rendered.

  • Consulting agreements specify deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules.
  • If LIHG fails to deliver agreed-upon services, you may request a refund for undelivered work.
  • If you terminate the engagement early, refund is calculated based on percentage of work completed. Work completed is non-refundable.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of service completion or contract termination.

5. Publishing and Media Services

5.1 Content Creation and Production Services

Refund Eligibility: Dependent on completion stage and deliverables provided.

  • Pre-Production (Concept Phase): Full refund if cancelled before work begins.
  • During Production: Pro-rata refund based on percentage of work completed and deliverables provided.
  • Post-Delivery: Non-refundable once final deliverables have been provided to customer.

5.2 Publishing and Distribution Services

Refund Eligibility: Non-refundable after content has been published or distributed.

  • Refunds are available prior to publication date only.
  • Once content is published or made available for distribution, services are final and non-refundable.
  • Editing and revision services are non-refundable once manuscript has been reviewed.

6. Event Registrations and Workshops

6.1 Conference and Large Event Registration

Refund Eligibility: Refundable based on cancellation timing.

  • Cancellation 30+ Days Before Event: Full refund.
  • Cancellation 15–29 Days Before: 75% refund of registration fee.
  • Cancellation 8–14 Days Before: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation Less Than 8 Days Before or No-Show: Non-refundable; may request credit toward future event.

6.2 Workshop and Seminar Registration

Refund Eligibility: Refundable if cancelled at least 7 days before workshop.

  • Cancellation 7+ days prior: Full refund.
  • Cancellation 3–6 days prior: 75% refund minus processing fees.
  • Cancellation less than 3 days prior or after attendance: Non-refundable.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  2. Provide Documentation: Include your order number, purchase date, reason for refund request, and any supporting documentation.
  3. Reference Policy: Specify which refund policy category applies to your purchase.
  4. Authorization: LIHG will review your request and respond within 5 business days with approval or denial.
  5. Process: Upon approval, refunds are processed to the original payment method.

8. Refund Processing and Timelines
